Re-Entry & Violence Prevention
Focuses on young adults ages 18-24 who have been previously incarcerated and who are currently or previously on probation/parole.
We create impact by providing case management, job readiness training, court advocacy, and life skills workshops that guide participants to overcome barriers.

Workforce Development
Our Certified Business Professional (CBP) Training Program equips individuals with essential business skills through an industry-recognized curriculum from the International Business Training Association (IBTA)—a global leader in business skills certification.
This program is designed to enhance professional development and increase career opportunities by providing practical knowledge and real-world business applications. Participants gain expertise in key areas such as:

Food Giveaway
Since its launch in 2018, our Food Distribution Program has provided essential nourishment to over 10,000 individuals across Los Angeles. Committed to addressing food insecurity through strategic partnerships with community organizations, local leaders, and volunteers to expand our reach and impact.
Our food giveaway events take place at key locations, where we distribute food until supplies last.

Honorable Discharge
Launched in June 2020, Healing Urban Barrios (HUB) provides support to individuals formerly committed by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) in obtaining a Certificate of Honorable Discharge from the Board of Juvenile Hearings.
Eligibility Requirements:
✔ At least 18 months since DJJ discharge
✔ Successfully completed probation or parole
✔ Demonstrated desistance from criminal behavior
✔ Achieved successful re-entry in at least one of the following areas:Education

Family/Peer Relationships
Community Service
This program is designed to support second chances and help individuals move forward with confidence, access new opportunities, and rebuild their lives.

Healing Circles
Our Healing Circle is a 12-week right-of-passage curriculum that is provided to participants in conjunction with additional program services.
The program aims to enhance community relationships, and family relationships, enhance educational goals, and encourage peer-to-peer relationships.
Each session is a combination of activities and teaching experiences that relate to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of self-development.

See Me Project
The See Me Project provides opportunity to community participants that wish to have a platform to display their talents and various forms of art.
HUB assists artists display their work over social media, showcase events and network gatherings with other artists.
We help our community participants bring their art to life, provide a setting for artist to practice their craft and assist with public display.

Disaster Preparedness
Our Disaster Preparedness Program equips communities with essential tools and knowledge to stay safe before, during, and after emergencies.
Through workshops, resources, and community outreach, we empower individuals to develop emergency plans, build resilience, and respond effectively to natural and human-made disasters.
By fostering preparedness, we ensure that our neighborhoods are better protected and supported in times of crisis.

CPR & First Aid Certification
Our CPR & First Aid Certification program provides life-saving skills to community members, empowering them to respond confidently in emergencies.
Through hands-on training led by certified instructors, participants learn critical techniques to handle medical emergencies, including CPR, wound care, and injury management.
Upon completion, participants receive an official certification, ensuring they are prepared to make a difference when it matters most.

Dog Grooming Training
Our comprehensive dog grooming training program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the pet grooming industry.
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your grooming expertise, our hands-on courses cover everything from bathing and brushing to advanced styling techniques. Learn to safely handle dogs of all breeds, master proper tool usage, and understand canine health and hygiene.
With experienced instructors and real-world practice opportunities, you’ll be prepared to provide top-notch grooming services and build a rewarding career in the pet care field.

Our continued education program empowers young adults aged 18-24 to achieve their academic and career goals.

Cannabis Awareness & Abuse Prevention
Our Cannabis Awareness and Abuse Prevention Classes are designed to educate middle and high school students about the risks associated with cannabis use.
Through engaging and age-appropriate workshops, we empower students with the knowledge to make informed decisions, understand the impact of cannabis on brain development and overall health, and recognize the potential social and legal consequences of misuse.
These classes foster open dialogue, build resilience, and equip students with strategies to resist peer pressure, ensuring a healthier and brighter future.
